Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the configured shipping rules, destination and order value.

1. The first active rule matching the delivery state, city or pincode prefix is used.
2. If the order reaches the configured free-shipping threshold, shipping becomes free.
3. If no location rule matches, the default shipping charge configured by Satcrafts is used.
4. The exact charge and serviceability message are shown before the order is placed.

Estimated delivery dates are indicative and may change depending on customization, production time, courier availability, destination and external delivery conditions.

Once an order is shipped, the customer can use the Satcrafts order tracking page and any available courier tracking details.

Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
